Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Odevo AB Full time

We are on a mission to become the leading force in residential property management services. The global residential property management industry is currently undergoing a digital transformation and Odevo is at the forefront of this transformation. Our mission is to radically simplify living for families and individuals by delivering highly attractive and efficient property management services to building owners and associations as well as to residents. Our core belief is that digital technology combined with great people will play a central role in delivering a step change in how boards and residents experience property management.

What we do matters to billions of people across the world. Residential real estate is the world's largest asset class and buying a home is often the biggest investment a person or family will ever make. But the residential property management industry is lagging behind when it comes to customer focus and digitalization. That is why we formed Odevo.

Leading property management companies in the Nordics, UK, and US have already joined forces to form Odevo and over the last 4 years Odevo's revenues have grown 40-fold to become a leading international player. Our ambition is to continue to grow rapidly organically and by attracting additional companies to join us in both existing and new markets.

We deliver our property management services with custom developed software to simplify living and make life easier for property owners, association boards, residents and very importantly our own property management professionals. We make complex topics such as managing property finances and the daily maintenance of buildings easy, and we automate time-consuming everyday tasks so people can spend more time on things that they really enjoy.

We are a 7,500-employee company with a start-up mentality. We aspire to break new ground through innovation, and we actively cultivate a workplace where we can grow as individuals and have fun while achieving great things together.

To continue our ambitious growth journey, we are now looking for people who share our vision to join us on a journey that will continue to transform the property management industry on a global scale.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for continuing to build the new joint function HR Operations, which operates in the Swedish market within the Odevo group. You will report to Market Lead People & Performance Sweden.

The role is broad and focuses on streamlining and improving common HR processes with the help of, among other things, our HR systems. As we grow, much of the focus going forward will be on AI and HR analytics. Furthermore, we see that you will be involved and take the lead in many projects that we further develop in HR systems, creating integrations to streamline with automatic flows for increased user-friendliness.

This is a cross-functional role where the work will be characterized by extensive collaboration with many internal stakeholders, beyond HR. It may also involve external contact points with various systems and suppliers. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable person, as the role is not yet fully defined and may evolve. You will work in a dynamic and changing environment, where changes and new challenges are part of everyday life. To succeed in this role we believe that you have experience from a similar role where you've worked with HR analytics or HR Controlling; however, the important thing is not the title of the role you have had, but that you have a good understanding of systems and a strong ability to support HR with data and insights. To thrive in the role, it is important that you are open to taking on new tasks and adapting to the needs of the business.

  • Take overall responsibility and act as a superuser for our common HR systems for our Swedish companies. You will maintain HR systems and develop solutions based on the needs of the business.
  • Support annual HR processes in our HR systems, such as salary reviews and employee appraisals.
  • Be responsible for our quarterly employee surveys.
  • Report HR data to the group and other stakeholders.
  • Initiate and drive AI projects within HR.
  • Participate in salary mapping work, produce salary statistics in collaboration with HR BP and Payroll.
  • Prepare for the salary transparency directive 2026 together with HR BP.
  • Possibly assist with annual reviews and audits internally and externally.

This is a parental leave cover for 12 months, with a chance of extension.

Experience
  • Higher education/university degree in HR or Economics.
  • Our working language is Swedish; therefore, proficiency in Swedish is a must.
  • Experience from a similar role where you've worked with HR analytics or HR Controlling. Experience from Sympa or equivalent HR system is a plus.
  • Experience in improving HR processes.
  • Analytical skills and ability to transform data into insights and actions, for colleagues but also for decision-making support for the business.
  • Experience from working broadly with different stakeholders and being involved in several projects simultaneously.
  • Interest in HR systems and curiosity to learn and further develop your skills.
  • It is considered meritorious if you have experience working as HR-systems support or a super user in Sympa or other HR systems.
Who you are
  • Curious Continuous Learner: Your enthusiasm for learning drives you to continuously improve yourself, develop those around you, and enhance business practices.
  • Highly Organized and Goal-Oriented: You maintain a structured approach to your work, skillfully prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments independently, and set and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You demonstrate exceptional people skills, building relationships, and influencing others with humility and curiosity.
Excited?
