About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can manage the employee lifecycle, provide expert guidance and support, and drive business results through strategic HR initiatives.
You'll work closely with our team leads and colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, developing and implementing people policies, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing administrative burdens.
- Support team leads and colleagues with people-related topics, leveraging your expertise to drive positive outcomes.
- Prepare payroll inputs for all three countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Update and maintain HR systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Develop and implement people policies, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
