We are in search of an experienced and enthusiastic Client Executive to join our team that caters to Large Corporates & Institutions in Sweden. Take the chance to become part of the leading bank in the Nordics with a wide range of Large Corporate clients. Your main responsibilities will revolve around fostering relationships and expanding a portfolio of Large Corporate clients.

About this opportunity

Come aboard the Large Corporates & Institutions team in Sweden, where we manage Nordea's major corporate clients. Collaborating closely with colleagues across various product areas, our goal is to deliver valuable services, solutions, and products to our clientele. As the Client Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing customer strategies, understanding customer needs to drive new business opportunities, and handling credit and compliance risks. Your focus will be on enhancing customer profitability and income growth in the existing client base while also attracting new clients.

We provide added value to Nordea and our clients by offering a comprehensive range of services and products to our most demanding Large Corporate clients. As the Client Executive, you will be an essential part of our team, with significant responsibilities in a dynamic setting.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and execute relationship strategies with the client team to enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop relationships within a specified client portfolio, taking charge of profitability enhancement and credit risk management
  • Engage in valuable dialogues with clients at a senior level, showcasing Nordea's offerings and expertise
  • Establish and grow a network within Nordea to enhance collaboration for clients
  • Explore new business opportunities, including acquiring new clients
  • Manage credit and compliance processes to ensure alignment with targets and guidelines
  • Offer proactive support to clients on their ESG transition journey

You will be part of a dedicated and driven team that is highly focused on client satisfaction and team performance. This role is based in Malmö.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Possess over 10 years of customer-facing sales experience in a bank or senior corporate treasury position
  • Demonstrate motivation and dedication to contribute to a team with a winning mentality
  • Desire to work in customer teams and engage in valuable dialogues with customers at a senior level
  • Have a proven track record of building strong personal relationships, with an advantage if you already have relevant connections in the Large Corporate sector in Malmö
  • Are self-motivated, analytical, possess problem-solving and negotiation skills, and demonstrate high business acumen in driving your client portfolio
  • Understand credit risk and preferably have knowledge of a bank's product offerings and services for Large Corporates, thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines and delivering excellent results are crucial for client satisfaction
  • Exhibit professional communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbally
