The Account Executive is a crucial position in our Nordics sales team. A seasoned professional in sales, the chosen candidate will have a background in advising senior client management, possess top-notch communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver outcomes for a leading global company listed on NASDAQ (MSTR).The Role:
  • Prospect, identify, sell, and maintain sales relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Sell MicroStrategy Business Intelligence software products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Recognize and properly assess business opportunities.
  • Present business solutions at the executive level.
  • Lead negotiations and address objections for successful deal closures.
  • Handle complex sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to identify and fulfill customer needs.
  • Prepare precise sales forecasts and reports on sales cycles.
  • Provide project management to ensure client success.
  • Utilize and strengthen partner relationships to drive added value and revenue.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with a major enterprise technology company.
  • Experience in selling software licenses, preferably in Business Intelligence/Analytics.
  • Additional experience in Cloud, Mobile, Big Data, Hadoop, or Social Media is beneficial.
  • Proven history of consistently surpassing corporate goals and quotas.
  • Successful track record in new account development or large account management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and sales cycle management.
  • Experience and training in value-based enterprise sales methodology.
  • Proficiency in tracking activities in Salesforce.
  • High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven individual.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
