Senior Account Executive

Howspace is a SaaS platform for limitless involvement, because HOW organizations engage people matters. We are looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to drive our growth in the Enterprise customer segment in Scandinavia. Here's what to expect:
- A global scale-up environment with customers in 50+ countries and high growth ambitions

- Hybrid working environment at our office in Stockholm or Helsinki
- Annual base compensation of 62-68k € for the role & profile outlined below, and an on-target-bonus of roughly 30% of the base compensation
- 70+ purpose-driven Howspacians working with you to transform the work life
What to take ownership of?
- Generating and closing commercial opportunities in the transformation field within the Enterprise customer segment in Scandinavia
- Building strong relationships with new customers, and supporting the team in expanding their journey with Howspace
- Helping prospects understand the impact of involvement and engagement in their transformations, and the value of Howspace in this process
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to support Lead Generation through events and webinars
- Passion for modern leadership and the power of involvement & engagement in leadership
- Track record in successfully facilitating Transformation or Change Management projects for a variety of clients, or within enterprise(s)
- Customer orientation, growth mindset, and curious
- Experience working with, and drive to own commercial targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Solid self-leadership skills and a structured way of working
- Familiarity with Howspace platform preferred
- Gaining the requirements above usually takes 5+ years of professional experience within Management Consulting or an enterprise Strategy Office, and a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Economics, or a related field
- Proficient skills in Swedish and English, other languages are seen as a benefit
