About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with great enthusiasm and drive for acquiring new business. The Large Enterprise Account Executive position is focused on developing and implementing a sales strategy within an assigned area to bring in new customers.

As MongoDB responds to product demand, this role is dedicated to pursuing large enterprise clients and high TAMM accounts.

This role is located at our Stockholm office and involves traveling to meet clients in person.

What you will be doing

  • Proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing a sales pipeline (100% new logos) with strategic Enterprise accounts
  • Achieving and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and yearly new business goals
  • Targeting CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users through strategic prospecting
  • Maintaining high forecasting accuracy
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects and Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Engaging with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal opportunities
  • Participating in various sales enablement programs and training sessions

What you will bring to the table

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in a competitive market, with a focus on new business acquisition in large companies
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of complex enterprise technology
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in building business relationships and managing intricate sales processes
  • Strong motivation and competitiveness
  • Effective time and resource management skills, with a strategic approach to identifying opportunities
  • Quick learner with high credibility and emotional intelligence
  • Residence in the specified territory
