Grow Your Career and Make an Impact

Join the ISS Governance team to collaborate with experts and clients, optimizing corporate governance programs. You'll analyze financial and governance data, preparing reports on public companies in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden according to ISS Governance voting guidelines.

Utilizing advanced technology and governance knowledge, you'll offer clients personalized voting recommendations based on their proxy voting guidelines. Engage with companies and investors on shareholder meetings, contribute to publications, and aid in policy development.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Interest or experience in corporate governance and investment analysis in Nordic markets
  • Fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish)
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for research and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong capacity to absorb large volumes of information
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
