The SEB Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) division offers comprehensive banking services, access to capital markets, financing solutions and individually tailored advisory services. As part of the new strategy for PWM&FO we aim to redefine private banking and be the leading wealth accumulator with the most powerful network community in Northern Europe. As a Client Executive you have a key role in this proposition.

About the role

The Client Executive (CE) has a key role in contributing to SEB's overall purpose, PWM&FO's vision and business goals and serves as a true partner to our clients by helping them achieve their ambitions and dreams – today and for generations to come. It's about building and strengthening relationships with clients, partners and colleagues, nurturing trust, and delivering best-in-class, tailor-made solutions to our clients. The Client Executive also contributes to building attraction to SEB and our brand with the ambition to acquire clients.

As a Client Executive, you are responsible for the client relationship and specifically in charge of the strategic management of the client's total wealth. You act proactively to meet and anticipate the client's long-term needs. The Client Executive is expected to create a strategic plan for the clients, based on their needs, situation, goals, and ambitions. While executing this plan the Client Executive is responsible for introducing the right experts in all relevant parts of the bank and coordinating the client team around the client. The main ambition is to always aim for excellent client satisfaction.

A major focus will also be on growth and to increase the portfolio of clients and share-of wallet. To succeed in doing so, you are a social and outgoing person with a genuine interest in prospecting and meeting potential new clients. You like to participate in, as well as drive and develop relevant networks to acquire new clients.

We would like you to have experience of working with the Private Banking business. You need to have a high energy level and the ability to drive a robust growth agenda as well as developing and implementing new ways of working in alignment with the set strategy. Housing order and good structure are obviously key, and you have a high sense of quality in all parts.

  • Preferred: Academic degree in business, engineering or equivalent
