Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Kundförvaltning:Du är länken mellan våra kunder och vårt företag. Du ansvarar för att hantera och vårda kundrelationer genom regelbunden uppföljning och effektiv onboarding av nya kunder samt att utforska och initiera merförsäljningsmöjligheter.
  • Marknadsföring på sociala medier:Planera, implementera och övervaka Witniums närvaro på sociala medier för att öka medvetenheten och engagemanget kring våra innovativa produkter.
  • Leadsgenerering:Utveckla och implementera strategier för att generera leads som stödjer företagets försäljningsmål.
  • Webbuppdateringar:Kontinuerlig uppdatering av vår webbplats med aktuell och relevant information om våra produkter och tjänster.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Relevant utbildning inom marknadsföring, kommunikation eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete inom kundservice och digital marknadsföring.
  • Starka färdigheter i digitala verktyg och sociala medieplattformar.
  • Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska.

  • Positiv och lösningorienterad inställning, med en naturlig förmåga att inspirera andra.
