Deras mål är att bli den bästa lokala företagsbanken och som en fortsättning på expansionsresan söker de nu en ny kollega till Stockholmskontoret, där du skulle tillhöra avdelningen för Business Development.

Arbetsuppgifter

Customer Relationship Manager ansvarar du för att utforska affärsmöjligheter inom företagsfinansiering på den nordiska finans- och bankmarknaden. Genom att upprätta affärsrelationer med globala företag i de nordiska länderna och de lokala stora företagen inom ledande industrigrenar bidrar du till bankens tillväxt och lönsamhet. I din roll ingår att driva både strategiskt och operativt försäljningsarbete med fokus på att expandera i Norden genom att etablera nya kundrelationer. Du tillhandahåller professionell service, har många internationella kontaktytor och förstå kundernas behov för att hitta den bästa lösningen. Du skriver även kreditrapporter, utför arbete relaterat till årlig kredituppföljning och andra relaterade arbetsuppgifter. I tjänsten förekommer det en del resande, främst inom Norden eftersom det är marknaden som du fokuserar på.

Utbildning, erfarenhet och personliga egenskaper


• Kandidatexamen inom ekonomi/finans, meriterande med masterexamen


• Minst två års erfarenhet av företagsbankverksamhet, meriterande om du har ett stort kontaktnät inom Norden och tidigare erfarenhet av stora företag inom finans och bank


• Troligtvis har du arbetat på bank mycket längre än så men då kanske mer rådgivande eller strategisk roll


• Flytande kunskaper i engelska, meriterande om du kan svenska och/eller kinesiska

För att trivas i rollen är du duktig på att driva ditt eget arbete framåt och tar stort ansvar för att fullfölja det du har tagit dig an. Du motiveras av att skapa goda affärer och är nyfiken för att kunna förstå och analysera kunders behov. Att bygga relationer, vara en god lyssnare och anpassa ditt sätt att bemöta olika typer av människor är naturligt för dig. Du trivs i en roll där du får stort utrymme att driva ditt arbete framåt även när det är långa processer samt har förmåga att resonera strategiskt kring ditt agerande.
