Become a value-creating risk partner to the business

As a Risk Partner in BCPM, you will play a vital role as a trusted advisor to the business by assessing and managing key operational risks and controls. Your focus will be on supporting the advisory network within Danske Bank's Business Customers segment, an area undergoing exciting developments crucial to the bank's overall success. Your risk management guidance will help in making well-informed decisions that balance business risk with benefits.

You will actively contribute to the team's strategy of offering top-notch risk support by integrating our risk operating model. Additionally, you will collaborate and learn from experienced colleagues across the Nordic countries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive risk advice to help prioritize and mitigate critical business risks
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing operational risks related to strategic initiatives
  • Managing risk-related processes for effective risk governance
  • Offering transparent reporting for oversight of business risks
  • Enhancing risk awareness through close collaboration with stakeholders

To excel in this role, you should have an analytical, structured mindset, enjoy tackling complex challenges, possess strong stakeholder and project management skills, and be driven by the risk management agenda. We seek a proactive, honest, and curious individual with high integrity who can take ownership of tasks independently while fostering good collaborative relationships.

You should hold a relevant master's degree in economics, business administration, or finance. Prior experience in banking, finance, consulting, or risk is a bonus. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for this role, and the position will be located in central Copenhagen or Stockholm.
