I rollen som Sales Manager så kommer du att vara med och bygga upp ett helt nytt säljteam av B2B säljare. Du kommer vara en säljande Sales Manager med egen säljbudget på 25%. Du kommer bland annat att coacha säljarna, hålla veckomöten, utbildningspass, och resa världen runt på mässor & events för att knyta kontakter och bygga nya kundrelationer. Uppföljning och utvecklingen av ditt säljteam ser du som en självklarhet för att nå säljbudget. I och med att du kommer att vara med och bygga upp ett nytt team så kommer du även vara med och utveckla bolagets säljprocess för att göra den ännu mer effektiv. Det finns stora utvecklingsmöjligheter att växa i bolaget att bli ansvarig för ännu fler säljare och större budget.

Du får en fast marknadsmässig lön, provision på din egen försäljning samt provision på säljarnas försäljning.

  • Du har flera års erfarenhet utav att jobba som försäljningschef tidigare med B2B säljare.
  • Du gillar att jobba i en Startup där det händer mycket och vill vara med på tillväxtresan.
  • Erfarenhet från startup är meriterande då kulturen är entreprenöriell.
  • Du älskar försäljning och vill ständigt utvecklas.
  • Du älskar att hjälpa människor och är en positiv och målinriktad person.
  • Du har stor erfarenhet utav presentationsteknik.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav.

Start: Enligt överenskommelse

Förmåner: En 1-årig säljutbildning med Mikael Arndt, inklusive 25 diplomerande kurser i försäljning och live föreläsningar varje vecka. Du har också möjlighet att delta i Sveriges största säljevent på Oscarsteatern och en 2-dagars säljutbildning på plats i Stockholm för att utvecklas ännu mer som säljare.
