Job Description

Your Career

Your role will focus on relationship management to drive results in revenue growth, market share, and partner sales team development. Success lies in creating and executing tailored business plans with partners, emphasizing collaborative efforts at an international scale. Working closely with internal stakeholders and account directors, your core objective is to enhance alignment between sales teams, driving excellence in account planning and pipeline management.

  • Develop and implement business plans to maximize growth opportunities
  • Prioritize partner and customer satisfaction in a team-oriented environment
  • Create a compelling value proposition to inspire partners
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and strategies
  • Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct business performance and relationship reviews
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Experience in Channel Management or Business Development roles
  • Fluency in both English and Norwegian
  • Understanding of the Norwegian market
  • Knowledge of SP & GSI operating models
  • Strong initiative and creative thinking
  • Proven track record in complex sales and negotiation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
