Your Focus on Building Relationships
You will play a key role in managing relationships to drive growth in revenue, market share, and engagement with partner sales teams. Your main objective is to develop and implement customized business plans with each partner, focusing on international collaboration with VAR, GSI & MSSP teams. Interaction with Global / International Account Directors is crucial for success.
Your Impact in the Role:
- Collaborate with Account Directors to create and execute business plans that maximize growth opportunities
- Promote partner and customer satisfaction through teamwork
- Create a compelling value proposition to encourage partner endorsement of our solutions
- Activate services using cutting-edge technologies to drive revenue growth
- Establish clear and consistent communication channels with partners and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular business performance reviews and maintain activity reports
Your Experience Matters:
- Prior experience in Channel Management or Business Development in enterprise software or network security
- Fluency in English and Norwegian with a good grasp of the local market
- Familiarity with SP & GSI operating models is advantageous
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales processes and negotiations
