Your mission:
  • Be accountable for driving profitable sales growth through existing sales channels, including distribution, web sales, and Machine Tool partners.
  • Collaborate with our Regional Sales Manager and Account Manager to implement the global channel strategy within local markets.
  • Execute channel marketing plans and initiatives to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Develop business relationships with channel partners and ensure successful management of end-user and channel partner relations.
  • Participate in the Nordic Cluster Management Team to drive channel topics and support overall priorities.

The location for this role is flexible within our Nordic sales cluster and involves extensive travel within the region and other sales areas.

Your profile:
  • Hold a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Possess knowledge of modern machining materials, cutting tools, and metal cutting processes.
  • Have experience in managing customer relationships, preferably via distributors, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of channel marketing or a willingness to learn marketing concepts and activities.
  • Competence in Power BI, CRM systems, and ability to analyze data.
  • Valid driver's license for the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a bonus.
