Vi letar efter engagerade och drivna Shiftmanager till Revolt Ett för att hjälpa oss oss i vårt uppdrag att bidra till att tillverka världens grönaste batterier. Rollen är en del av vårt passionerade Revolt-team i Skellefteå. Genom att jobba med oss kommer du att vara med och bygga det första interna återvinningsflödet för batterier i världen. Effektiv återvinning av uttjänta batterier är nyckeln till att sluta kretsen för batterier och för att uppnå ett minimalt koldioxidavtryck.

Behovet av att återvinna batterier ökar och bygget av Europas största återvinningsanläggning för batterier i Skellefteå pågår för närvarande och vi kommer att starta produktionen för att separera ut värdefulla metaller för återanvändning i batteriproduktionen under 2023. Målet för Revolt är att 50 % av de värdefulla mineralerna som behövs för batteriproduktion år 2030 återvinns och därför planerar vi redan för fler Revolt-anläggningar i Skellefteå. Som ledare kommer du att vara en del av att etablera rutiner och lära dig av såväl utrustningsleverantörer som driftsättningsteamen för att bli kunnig inom ditt ansvarsområde. Du kommer bli delaktig att rekrytera personal, upprätta tillämpliga rutiner, arbeta med felsökning, optimering och upprätta rotorsakanalyser för maskiner och utrustning.

Du får möjlighet att hjälpa till att bygga ett kompetent och pålitligt team från grunden samt bidra för att skala upp vårt behov av personal i Skellefteå. Du kommer att rapportera till Produktionschef alternativ Underhållschef.

Du kommer att vara en viktig medarbetare för Revolt Ett i Skellefteå. För en bättre förståelse anser vi att det är viktigt att du aktivt deltar när maskiner och utrustning installeras. Du kommer att få stöd från många kunniga kollegor i hela Northvolts organisation och du måste utveckla ett nära och bra samarbete med dina kollegor med mål att maximera vår produktionseffektivitet. Vi förväntar oss att du stödjer, utbildar och är en bra förebild för personalen. Du och ditt team måste också ha god framförhållning och förbereda er inför kommande tillväxt.   • Leda och bygga ditt arbetslag genom att intervjua kandidater i nära samarbete med rekryteringsteamet.
  • I nära samarbete med resten av teamet delta vid installation och uppstart av maskinutrustning, process-, driv- och PLC-system.
  • Driva förbättringsarbete med särskilt fokus på säkerhet samt säkerställa att regler och föreskrifter följs.
  • Säkra att ditt team vet vad de ska göra genom att delegera uppgifter, utvärdera prestationer och följa upp regelbundet.
  • Säkra att ditt team har allt de behöver för att säkerställa att SOP ́s (Standard Operating Procedures), WIs (Work Instructions) och andra instruktioner och policyer följs.

Personerna vi söker är drivna och strukturerade. Du trivs med att leda andra och arbeta mot gemensamma mål i ett högt tempo. Northvolt växer med hög hastighet och vi tror starkt på intern karriärutveckling. Tjänsterna avser heltid med fast månadslön. Startdatum är så snart som möjligt.

Kvalifikationer

  • Gymnasie- eller högskoleexamen eller annan relevant utbildning.
  • Ett par års erfarenhet från process- eller tillverkningsindustri samt erfarenhet av att leda andra.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
  • God kunskap från arbete med produktivitet, kvalitet och säkerhet samt förmågan att få andra att förstå och agera enligt det.
  • Kunskap och erfarenhet av Lean/5S.
  • Erfarenhet från processindustrin - batteri / massa och papper / livsmedel / kemikalier / mikroelektronik / olja & gas / läkemedelsbearbetning eller liknande.
  • Bra kommunikationsförmåga eftersom du kommer att arbeta nära med många olika team.
  • Hög arbetsmoral och god problemlösningsförmåga.
