Job Description

About the role:
This senior role is based in Stockholm or other AFRY Management Consulting offices in Europe such as London, Madrid, Berlin, Oxford, Vantaa, or Milan, depending on the candidate's preferences.

  • In the short to medium term, the focus will be on hands-on tasks, tracking project knowledge, maintaining the knowledge hub, reviewing content quality, and developing templates for knowledge capture.
  • In the medium to long term, the role will shift to a more strategic perspective, concentrating on fostering innovation and growth.
  • Opportunity to build a knowledge management program from scratch and enhance knowledge management capabilities locally and globally.

You will collaborate closely with the knowledge management steering committee; set global standards, maintain quality assurance, and promote integration and collaboration.

Your profile

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of hands-on and strategic skills, focusing on innovation and growth in the long run. Strong background in knowledge management and strategic planning is required.

  • Proficiency in developing and executing knowledge management strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in content management, curation, and working with Communities of Practice.
  • Skills in MS SharePoint, MS Teams, VivaEngage, and other MS365 apps.
