Our company is currently undergoing a major digital transformation to emerge as a leader in digital solutions and enhance operational excellence through digitalization. Ensuring the optimization of our business processes from end to end is crucial for our success in this transformation journey. To support this initiative, we have established a Transformation Management Office (TMO) - providing the expertise, structures, tools, and methodology necessary for this transformation. As a Cross-Program Manager, you will play a vital role as the link between various transformation programs.

Your mission

Working closely with transformation program sponsors and managers, you will create and maintain the necessary conditions for the successful delivery of our strategic must-win programs. You will oversee the planning from the initial stages to value realization, develop a shared roadmap, manage coordination, ensure alignment, consider risks, and address critical program dependencies.

  • Defining governance, processes, and reporting to manage the consolidated cross-program plan, as well as milestones and dependencies crucial for the success of must-win programs.
  • Supporting programs hands-on in identifying and resolving critical milestones, dependencies, blockers, and associated risks.
  • Assisting in defining project scopes to guarantee alignment and comprehension of project objectives.
  • Supporting the establishment of clear and attainable goals and benefit capture plans to drive success.
  • Actively managing a comprehensive view of critical cross-portfolio dependencies, milestones, and plans.
  • Ensuring the tracking, visibility, categorization, and actioning of dependencies.
  • Proactively anticipating potential challenges and addressing them.
  • Cultivating an environment that fosters continuous connectivity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

You will be reporting to the Manager of Portfolio Management and Project Excellence. This position offers flexible location options including Stockholm (Sweden), Tampere (Finland), or Dublin (Ireland) with a hybrid working model. International travel is part of the job.

Your character

We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in launching and driving global transformation projects, along with a relevant academic background. Demonstrating the ability to collaborate within a complex organization, you excel in influencing, negotiating, and possess highly developed stakeholder management skills. Your organizational skills, planning capabilities, proactive problem-solving ability, proficiency in the Office 365 suite, and familiarity with ERP platforms are essential. Holding certifications in project management, change management, or Lean Six Sigma is beneficial. Interacting with senior stakeholders and possessing excellent written and verbal English skills are key.

You are a skilled problem solver who simplifies complex situations. With exceptional interpersonal skills, you excel in uniting people and leading through collaboration.
