What you will do:

  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Execute the Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory, driving customer success.
  • Generate and convert net new and expansion revenue for Oracle Human Capital Management
  • Create and drive business value propositions with customers
  • Become a 'trusted advisor' in HCM within your cluster
  • Work closely with the team (the Industry Business Unit, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Business Development, Product Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to plan and complete a winning strategy for Oracle HCM
  • Create pipeline and demand by using sales campaigns and events
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Industry dynamics and terminology

What you'll bring:

  • Relevant experience (5-10 years) selling business apps (HCM preferably)
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, complex sales cycle and closing skills
  • Willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment
  • Team player and entrepreneurial thinker
  • Authorised to work in the country you're applying for
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, any other Nordic language is a plus
