  • Profile Overview

As a Sales Executive (Nordics), you will join our team managing sales operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

You will undergo training to become a product expert, understanding their features and benefits to effectively support our clientele. Collaboration with product specialists and colleagues at our Dutch locations in Heerhugowaard and Veendam is crucial to grasp the intricate demands of our products.

Building personal client relationships is key, necessitating a significant amount of time on the field. Your responsibilities will include nurturing existing relationships, offering service, tailoring solutions, and driving new business opportunities.

You will participate in product trials, provide on-site guidance, and foster connections with potential and current accounts.

Your direct report will be the Sales Manager Nordics.

  • Profile Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a higher vocational level education in commercial/technical studies. A pragmatic and flexible mindset, along with customer and result-oriented focus, are essential.

High autonomy is needed to manage various sales projects efficiently. A hands-on approach and effective problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing daily customer concerns.

You should be self-motivated, capable of independent work yet a team player. Familiarity with or openness to learn about the wax, dispersion, and industrial adhesive sector in the Nordics is important.

With 3-5 years experience in a similar B2B role, preferably in industries like flexible packaging or paper, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, discipline, and resilience.

The role spans across the Nordics; hence, willingness to travel extensively is a must.

Fluency in Swedish or Danish, coupled with excellent English communication skills, is required. Ideally, you are based in southern Sweden or northeastern Denmark.
