We are reinforcing our sales team with another Key Account Specialist - HoReCa Catering. Red Bull wants to give wings to individuals with a true business mindset and great passion.

As a Key Account Specialist - HoReCa Catering at Red Bull, your responsibilities include finding new sales points within the catering segment, as well as further developing relationships and business with our existing customers. The catering segment involves initially working with chain customers operating restaurants and cafes associated with workplaces and universities, and to some extent within other segments related to HoReCa.

We are looking for someone who is eager to find new potential customers that we are not currently targeting and to continue driving the collaboration forward with existing customers. You will handle analysis, development, and follow-up, as well as selling in new products, concepts, and campaigns to ensure positive growth within Red Bull's portfolio for our customers. You should be organized and adept with numbers as you will be responsible for reporting results and progress for your areas of responsibility.

You will work autonomously, be motivated by clear and tough challenges, and have the ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you must also be able to take calculated risks, identify and leverage opportunities to achieve business advantages. We seek someone with a hands-on attitude, experienced in negotiation, and possessing a driven personality where "nothing is impossible".

  • As a Key Account Specialist - HoReCa, you are expected to work through the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract signing. In your work, you will also be responsible for implementation at the unit level, where in some cases, you may be able to leverage Red Bull's sales force. This requires that you are skilled at informing and motivating others. Red Bull also participates in many fairs and events, which may be part of your responsibilities. Likewise, travel is included in the job as our customers are located throughout Sweden.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in a sales role where you have had 100% responsibility for your client portfolio, previous experience as a KAM is advantageous.
  • You have a very good business understanding and market knowledge within HoReCa.
  • You are a skilled relationship builder who loves to sell and is driven by good results and satisfied customers.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
  • You are structured, strategic, and have good analytical skills where you see opportunities to increase the benefits for both your customers and Red Bull.
  • You handle mathematical calculations and estimates without difficulty.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.
  • You have a valid B driver's license.
