Role Overview:

As we continue our high-paced growth journey in 2024, we are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our expanding Sales team. In this senior role, you will be the strategic point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support from Klingit. You will report directly to our Head of Sales, work closely with our project managers and play a pivotal role in driving our business forward.

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients with regular check-in meetings.

  • Renewals: Ensuring we renew clients in a timely manner, minimizing churn rates.
  • Upsell: Identify upsell opportunities to grow accounts and increase value per customer.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, proactively seeking new business opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Grow and maximise potential of Enterprise Accounts - build relationships within larger companies and extend our partnership to more teams or new markets.
  • Solution Sales: Present Klingit's extensive service offerings in virtual or in-person meetings, often alongside our Project Management team, guiding clients to solutions that address their specific business challenges and needs.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of our sales processes to key accounts, materials, and activities to drive more sales and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying ahead of the curve by continuously learning about the latest design and marketing trends to better serve our clients, inspire and educate them.
  • Networking: Regularly attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Klingit and expand your professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media & Communication Studies, or equivalent work experience in the same field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B Sales and Account Management (minimum 5+ years), preferably in a creative or marketing-focused environment.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in a value-driven sales approach with a history of exceeding quotas. Experience in identifying sales opportunities, managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals (renewals and upsell).
  • Industry Insight: Strong understanding of the challenges faced by clients in design, content production, and marketing.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong plus: An extensive network of current and past clients and contacts within our industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate Klingit's value proposition.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Swedish and English.
