Your job

In the role of Key Account Manager you will promote and sell the organisation's products and services within a sales team to achieve established sales targets and to improve the overall business results. Targeting mainly installers and end-users on as well as lighting specialists at the wholesalers, focusing on project sales different applications.

Your remit will include:
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. Giving recommendations to develop long-term sales plans for customers and accounts. Monitor, support and adapt sales activities so that business objectives are met. Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities to ensure targets are met. Coach other sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organisation's products and services and support them to achieve their objectives. Your profile What we are looking for
Good experience in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry. Well networked with contacts in the Stockholm and wider Swedish region. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Personally you would be ambitious, self-motivated and well structured. The ability to find new leads and approach new prospects to strengthen growth and profitability. Good presentation skills and technique, with charisma and personality. Relevant technical education would be an added benefit.
