As a Catering Key Account Specialist - HoReCa at Red Bull, you will be responsible for finding new sales points within the catering segment, as well as further developing relationships and business with existing customers we work with today. The catering segment means that you will initially work with chain customers who operate restaurants and cafes connected to workplaces and universities but also to some extent within other segments related to HoReCa.

We are looking for someone who wants to find new potential customers that we are not currently approaching and continue to drive the collaboration forward with existing customers. All of this in a professional and engaged manner where you can help customers see the value of selling our products. We are seeking someone with several years of experience in a KAM role or similar within sales. You will be responsible for analysis, development, and follow-up, as well as for selling in new products, concepts, and campaigns to ensure that our customers develop positively within Red Bull's range. You should be structured and have a knack for numbers as you will be responsible for reporting results and developments for your areas of responsibility.

  • As a Key Account Specialist - HoReCa, you are expected to work with the entire sales process, from prospecting to sales, as well as negotiation and contract writing. In your role, you are also responsible for implementation at the unit level where you may, in some cases, be able to rely on Red Bull's sales force. This requires that you are good at informing and motivating others. Red Bull also participates in many trade shows and other events, which may be part of your area of responsibility. Likewise, travel is included in the job as our customers are located all over Sweden.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in a sales role where you have had 100% responsibility for your customer portfolio, previous experience as a KAM is a plus.
  • You have very good business acumen and market knowledge within HoReCa.
  • You are skilled at building relationships, love sales, and are driven by good results and satisfied customers.
  • You have the ability to handle multiple customer relationships in parallel.
  • You are structured, strategic, and have good analytical skills where you see opportunities to increase value for both your customers and for Red Bull.
  • You handle mathematical calculations and estimates without difficulty.
  • You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.
  • You have a valid B driver's license.
