Key Account Specialist at Red Bull

Red Bull is looking for someone with a true business sense and great passion.

As a Key Account Specialist at Red Bull, you will be responsible for identifying new sales points within the catering segment, as well as further developing relationships and business with existing customers. The catering segment involves initially working with chain customers such as restaurants and cafes linked to workplaces and universities, but also to some extent within other segments related to HoReCa.

We are looking for someone who can find new potential customers that we currently do not engage with and continue to drive the collaboration forward with existing customers. All of this needs to be done in a professional and engaging manner where you can help customers understand the value of selling our products. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a KAM role or a similar sales role. You will be responsible for analysis, development, follow-up, as well as selling new products, concepts, and campaigns to ensure that our customers progress positively within Red Bull's range. You should be structured and have a good grasp of numbers as you will be responsible for reporting results and developments for your areas of responsibility.

You must be comfortable taking calculated risks, identifying and exploiting opportunities to gain business advantages.   • As a Key Account Specialist, you will be expected to work on the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, as well as negotiation and contract signing. You will also be responsible for implementation at the unit level, where in some cases, you may be able to seek help from Red Bull's sales team. This requires that you are good at informing and motivating others. Red Bull also participates in a lot of trade shows and other events, which may be included in your area of responsibility. Likewise, travel is included in the position as our customers are located throughout Sweden.
Qualifications
  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in a sales role where you have had 100% responsibility for your customer portfolio, previous experience working as a KAM is a plus.
  • You have a very good business understanding and market knowledge within HoReCa.
  • You are a skilled relationship builder who loves to sell and is driven by good results and satisfied customers.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
  • You are structured, strategic, and have good analytical skills where you see opportunities to increase value for both your customers and Red Bull.
  • You handle mathematical calculations and estimates without difficulty.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.
  • You have a valid B driver's license.
