About the role as Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to focus on B2B financing solutions. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the financing sector. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with vendors and partners in various industries, while also managing a portfolio of existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of vendor financing and the associated market.

To succeed in this role:

  • You have excellent knowledge of B2Bfinancing solutions
  • You should be comfortable making your own decisions and priorities, with the team there to help you of course
  • You take initiative and are creative with a humble attitude
  • You have an eye for details when it comes to analysis, modelling and problem-solving
  • You should be comfortable communicating in English, as part of an international team working with counterparties across different geographic regions
  • Have an out of the box approach to sales
  • Prior experience from selling complex services to SME's is helpful, as well as previous financial background experience

As a Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads and cold-calling prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our products remain competitive and leading on the market
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer experience
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Stay informed about competitors' products, industry developments, and market trends to effectively position the company's products and services
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track progress and inform decision-making processes
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events as required
  • Actively contribute to a positive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Desirable experience:

  • You who have a post-secondary education from IHM or frombusiness, finance, or another related field
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within financing, leasing, rental, vendor financing
  • You have an established network of leads and vendor partners
  • You who have previously worked with pan-European sales of more complex products or services
  • You have experience from building and structuring CRM systems
