What we expect from you
  • Provide technical support via phone and email to our agents and customers.
  • Handle guarantees/complaints and ensure follow-up.
  • Configure access in our web portal for dealers.
  • Execute specific projects and develop instructional documents.
  • Offer support in your assigned markets/countries, playing a pivotal role in nurturing customer and reseller relations.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers/retailers.
  • Deliver technical support encompassing electrical, software, hydraulic, and structural domains.

  • Display a deep-seated passion for technology and aiding others.
  • Exhibit meticulousness and organization alongside flexibility and humility in facing tasks.
  • Possess experience in providing remote support and adeptness in utilizing various IT systems.
  • Demonstrate agility in grasping new work methodologies.
  • Excel in collaboration while being capable of independent work, decision-making, and cultivating customer relationships.

Extensive technical background is crucial, preferably in heavy mobile equipment, with adeptness in electronics, control systems, hydraulics, and mechanics. Proficiency in communication and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders are paramount. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is mandatory. Command of additional languages is advantageous. Possessing a B driving license is required. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with advance notice is essential, with an estimated 30-40 travel days annually. Your personal attributes are highly valued, where having the right mindset is fundamental.
