This role is with B2C (Business to consumer), one of the key business units of the Tele2 corporation. B2C operates within several key areas concerning our two consumer brands - Tele2 and Comviq. This means a wide range of activities spanning from digitalization, commercial strategies, marketing, sales and customer service to TV content acquisition and advanced analytics. About the job

As the Product Manager for our Entertainment Hardware Products, you will be a key player in defining the future of entertainment with TV and Streaming at Tele2 Group. Entertainment is a central and highly prioritized area for the group, and you will be driving our success in this field. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

  • Lead initiatives that elevate our Entertainment hardware products (both hardware and software) to the next level. Work hands-on with our unique Android TV boxes (TV Hub and TV Hub Mini) and lead projects related to the Entertainment business, such as HW Life Cycle Management.
  • Delivering an end-to-end customer experience for all entertainment products, within the Entertainment team. Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, partners, and vendors to achieve our goals.
  • Your primary objective is to drive business and customer growth for our hardware products, targeting both existing and new customer bases. This includes leading development projects, conducting investigations, and driving continuous improvements for our current solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience and be capable of balancing various problems and phases simultaneously. We hope you share our passion for making our products the market leaders in Sweden.

Who are you?

The role places great demands on your ability to handle complexity and understand how technical development impacts other parts of the organization. You need to comprehend how agile development meets market requirements and understand the customer experience, including the impact of NPS metrics on different choices and orientations. We believe that you are team-oriented and target-oriented, with a data-driven approach. You have excellent communication skills and are an influential team player with strong stakeholder management abilities.

You will also serve as a spokesperson, representing the products both within the company and externally. You will do this by creating, maintaining, and developing the long-term vision and operational roadmap, including features, device support, and more that will be incorporated into the product. Your ability to organize the product team and its stakeholders, such as the content acquisition team, marketing, and sales, will be key to success.


We also believe that you have:

  • Academic degree in relevant area
  • Experience in product and/or business development of TV hardware consumer products, preferably with a tech focus. Proficiency in Android/Google TV and their user experience is meritorious
  • Previous experience of leading product development cross multiple partners and vendors, and harmonizing user experience throughout the product portfolio
  • Commercial and technical understanding with a strong ability and experience to use your identified data toolkit to base prioritizations on
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Interested in the digital movement in general and share our passion for great series and films
