About the job

As a member of the Product & Process Development team within B2B Product Management you will work

on high priority projects, be an expert in managing stakeholders and work with planning and execution in

a structured way together with people from many different departments, including Commercial,

Marketing, Finance, Support, Delivery & Operations, IT, legal etc.

This project management role will primarily focus on strategic projects related to product and business

development and occasionally migration projects related to our product areas, i.e. projects that have a

large impact on our business results. It offers a unique opportunity to manage a wide range of different

projects and to broaden your knowledge within both product management and product development.

The scope of the project manager could vary although it most often entails all aspects of taking a product or

service to the market or delivering the full scope of a business development project. You will be the one

responsible for keeping it all together, making sure there's progress, and raising risks and escalations to

the steerco to make sure we solve problems early and efficiently.

In addition to the execution, you will also take part in setting the methods and frameworks on how we

should work with project management, to make sure that we work as smart and efficient as possible

according to best practice.

Who are you?

We are looking for a team player with great stakeholder management skills, who is structured, eager to

learn, embraces change and challenges and who has excellent communication skills. The role places great

demands on being able to handle complex problem solving by finding solutions that are actionable and

understandable for others.

We also believe that you have:

• Experience in product development, project or program management and preferably with a tech

focus

• Previous experience of project management across multiple teams both within business and tech

• Bachelor's or master's degree preferably

• A background in management consulting is advantageous

• Proven track record of successfully managing larger projects

• Project management certification is a plus

• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written

team consists of three process & business development managers, one business analyst and three project

managers who supports the other product management teams. In addition, the team is responsible for our

roadmap, our product development processes as well as setting the strategy for our standardization

transformation.

My ambition as a manager is to create an open and transparent environment where we can learn from
