YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibility will be to answer our partners questions, via phone, chat and email. 

You will work in many different systems to help our partners with everything from changing opening hours, helping them with live orders, technical support, answering invoice questions and menu matters, as well as forwarding matters to different departments.

QUALIFICATIONS 

We're looking for someone who can work 50% or 75% (if you want to work more, there's usually the opportunity to pick up extra shifts). At foodora, we (almost) never sleep; we're open from 08:00 to 22:00 every day of the year. Therefore, it's important that you're willing to work during the day, evening, weekends, and public holidays. It's essential that you're available during all our opening hours for this position.

Your employment will start with an introduction training spread over two weeks from 11:00 to 18:00, which takes place at our office. This training is mandatory, and it's important that you can participate on all training days. 

We also prefer if…

You have a high school education

You have good computer skills (we work with many systems)

You can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. (Norwegian is a plus)

It's also advantageous if you have previous experience in service, such as in restaurants or customer service

Our selection process is continuous and the ad may close before the recruitment process is completed, if we’ve moved forward to the screening or interview phase.

First interview - Time to know each other a bit better
