Sales Excellence Manager Nordics

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:  

Be the t rusted advisor to  zone  management team on commercial transformation and sales execution. 
Provide the zone leadership with key insights to capture growth potential in the market and accelerate sales excellence with the team. Drive commercial initiatives  with accountability to achieve agreed goals/AOP particularly on orders. Lead sales improvement projects, support strategy and deploy projects in line with management’s top performance priorities. Drive continuous improvement and maintenance of the commercial model analytics to support data-driven decisions at customer level and drive performance. Lead initiatives around forecast management for current and next quarter, funnel development for long term sustainability and improve ways of working across commercial activities D eploy key global and local sales  initiatives across tools, processes to improve sales productivity Develop sales skills by either delivering trainings and/or liaison with other trainers/vendors to provide the right & relevant trainings to the sales teams  Coach top opportunities at risk , by applying customer focused selling (CFS) tools & techniques. 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor/Master degree. Data analysis – ability and drive to get deep into multiple data sources  Problem solving skills – ownership to solve problems Situational leadership – ability to navigate between different initiatives and ability to manage different stakeholders 5 years minimum prior sales experience in B2B is preferred Training background is a plus – but not mandatory Excel savvy is a must have and experience with Sales force would be a strong advantage Fluency in English is a must have. Additional Nordic language skills would be strong advantage.
