Are you an enthusiastic and experienced sales leader ready to drive growth within a vibrant and expanding company? Edenred Sweden is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our Merchant Sales team. This key role not only offers the chance to influence our strategic direction and performance but also the exciting opportunity to cultivate our merchant partnerships (restaurant, wellness, and supermarket) in Sweden. Do you want to do this?
Team Leadership : Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team of six, setting clear objectives and performance incentives. You will organize training and sales coaching for your team, manage direct reports including day-to-day management, 1:1s, support, and performance evaluation.
Drive Business Growth: Identify and seize new revenue opportunities, exceed sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure excellent reporting of Merchant sales activities
Manage our Merchant Portfolio: Define and execute strategies to improve merchant coverage, conduct business reviews with key merchants, monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth through pricing strategies and renegotiations
Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing & Product team, Operations teams and other internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve merchant experience, and ensure alignment in the delivery of post-sale services to merchants
Build Relationships: Maintain strong partnerships with top partner accounts, negotiate deals focused on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement, and represent Edenred externally
We believe that you
Are a leader with a proven track record in sales management, ideally within the advertising sales, restaurants, or retail industries. Your experience includes direct B2B sales with a consultative selling approach and a demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partnerships.
You have an analytical mind and are comfortable using data to inform your decisions. You are a strong communicator, an excellent negotiator with a passion for building successful teams with a high engagement and sustainable work culture.
Your qualifications:
Proven experience in a commercial leadership role - a minimum of 3+ years of in sales management in relevant industries
Experience in the Payments Industry and Merchants/Partners Management is considered advantageous
Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and consistently hit KPIs
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English

This role is a permanent position reporting to our Sales Director, the position is based in Liljeholmen, Stockholm with possibilitytopart time remote work (hybrid policy).
