As a Customer Service Representative, your primary task is to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Customer Operations is on an exciting journey, currently setting the structure for future growth and development.

About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Qliro you work with customer support serving customers on all our Nordic markets. Our Payment teams are structured into three levels; Team Level 1, Team Level 2 and Team Level 3 where you work dedicated towards reaching your targets set by the organization, with the opportunity to grow and move through the levels. As a Senior Advisor we love to see you apply for other roles within Operations and Qliro, to continue your journey with us. In this role you will communicate with Nordic customers via phone, chat and email on a daily basis, with primary focus on the Norwegian market. If you are fluent in Norwegian and English and love customer service, we can't wait to see your application 

What you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for creating and generating a WOW experience to Qliro's customers by managing our customer's inquires
  • Manage incoming customer service inquires per phone,chat and e-mail 
  • Identify and assess our customer’s needs with the aim to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction 
  • Work towards KPI’s connected to customer satisfaction and efficiency, both on individual level and team level

We believe you:

  • Are fluent in Norwegian   as well as English.  If you are bilingual in Norwegian as well as Swedish or Danish, it is meritorious English is the official company language here at Qliro and used in all our day to day communication. 
  • Are service-minded and passionate about creating outstanding customer satisfaction 
  • Are detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Are structured, flexible, engaged, and have great communication skills
  • Are a quick learner with basic skills and experience from working with digital tools
  • Experience from working with customer support over phone, chat and email is meritorious


The employment is based at Qliro's office in Odenplan, Stockholm.
