About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Qliro. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Nordic customers, with a primary focus on the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Identify and assess customer needs, working to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic skills and experience working with digital tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
