As a Customer Service Representative - Medical Devices, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service in terms of order processing, pricing, and billing inquiries, service requests, and customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and execute orders for all customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle customer complaints and perform investigations, inform customers, and issue required credit/debit notes.
- Manage backorders and work closely with the Sales Team to offer alternative solutions to customers in case of stockouts.
- Maintain daily contact with company-approved couriers for regular pick-up and delivery schedules, investigation of claims, and follow-up for emergencies.
- Perform Master Data Maintenance, including customer master data, prices, and material master data.
- Support the Sales Team during consignment and warehouse counts, generating weekly reports on soon-to-expire products, etc.
- Responsible for all activities in the local warehouse, including emergency stock handling, packing, and dispatch of products.
Requirements:
- Upper secondary diploma/High school degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, with a focus on order entry, claims, and return management.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- Expertise knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
