Account Manager

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to drive sales with existing and new customers both direct and through partners.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for the achievement of associated territory sales quotas: software and services.
- Uncover, develop and lead all sales activities for the sale of Calabrio products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
- Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
- Identify key stakeholders, build and develop strong relationships with them, fostering a high level of trust.
- Effectively manage opportunities through Salesforce.com.
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative, and high activity level.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B direct sales in software, and/or services industry.
- Direct sales experience in in WFO/Call Center industry, highly preferred.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
- Ability to travel primarily in the Nordic countries up to 40%.
