AIG – Executive Assistant
Intresserad av att arbeta hos ett av världens största kommersiella försäkringsbolag och stötta vår nordiska VD samt AIG nordiska ledningsgrupp i rollen som Executive Assistant? Vi söker just nu efter en strukturerad och dynamisk assistent med erfarenhet från att stötta seniora chefer i olika administrativa uppgifter. Positionen är baserad på vårt kontor i centrala Stockholm och kommer att rapportera direkt till vår Nordiska VD.
Du kommer att arbeta tätt med vår nordiska VD samt vår nordiska ledningsgrupp och se till att administrativa uppgifter flyter på. Rollen kommer även innefatta projektledning (då mindre projekt), där du antingen kommer att stötta chefer alternativt driva mindre lokala och nordiska projekt.

Vi ser din roll som en partner till VDn samt den nordiska ledningsgruppen och där du kommer att ansvara för olika dagliga administrativa uppgifter. Utöver det så kommer olika ad-hoc projekt tillika koordineringsuppdrag att innefattas i tjänsten.
Detta innebär att du till exempel kommer a
- Supportera vår nordiska VD med mötesbokningar, resebokningar och andra administrativa uppgifter.
- Koordinera och administrera våra nordiska ledningsgruppsmöten. Här består uppgiften i att säkerställa att allt material till ledningsgruppsmötena är färdigställt och görs tillgängligt innan deadlines, ta anteckningar samt hjälpa till med uppföljning av överenskomna actions.
- Vara en spindel i nätet kring olika projekt eller ärenden som drivs av andra stakeholders (inom och utom Norden) som kräver vår VDs involvering.
- Du kommer även att arbeta tätt med våra övriga chefer runt om i Norden och till viss del utanför Norden med att planera och strukturera arbetet för VD. Detta kan t.ex. innefatta att samla in data/svar/uppfattningar från alla berörda funktioner/ledare eller att säkerställa att VD har ett komplett beslutsunderlag när han ska fatta beslut i mer komplexa ärenden.
- I övrigt kan arbetet innefatta arbetsmiljöfrågor där uppgiften består i att skapa olika slags presentationer samt hålla ihop viss rapportering till våra globala och lokala funktioner.
Vi söker därför dig som:
- Har tidigare erfarenhet ifrån en liknande roll
- Är en klippa i administration och hela tiden är ute efter att bredda arbetet och se nya möjligheter kring arbetsuppgifterna som ligger på ditt bord.
- Arbetar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska, men där ytterligare språk kan vara meriterande.
- Det förutsätts att du har goda kunskaper i Outlook, Teams och PowerPoint. Det är också av godo om du har vissa kunskaper i Excel, SalesForce och SharePoint, men detta är inget krav.
