Med ett toppläge bara 700 meter från Stockholm Centralstation mitt bland charmiga lokala kvarter på Kungsholmen, finns det en härlig mötesplats för människor som söker efter unika upplevelser – oavsett om det gäller design, service, mat, dryck eller möten. Clarion Hotel Amaranten  är ett av Stockholms största hotell med 461 rum, restaurang och lobbybar, konferens- och eventmöjligheter samt ett stort inspirerande Living Room.

Vi söker nu en Welcome Office Supervisor

Vi letar efter någon som älskar service ut i fingerspetsarna och brinner för att ge våra gäster en fantastisk upplevelse. Du är en teamplayer och trivs att jobba i en miljö där alla arbetar tillsammans för att nå gemensamma mål. Vi ser gärna att du är van att jobba i högt tempo och har en “allt är möjligt” attityd.

I tjänsten ingår bland annat:

  • Hålla högsta service- och kompetensnivå och därmed se till att alla gäster alltid blir uppmärksammade och bemötta på ett passionerat sätt för att skapa en oförglömlig helhetsupplevelse
  • Traditionellt receptionsarbete såsom att checka in och ut gäster, svara i telefon, ta emot bokningar, förbereda ankomstlistan, följa checklista, fakturering m.m
  • Vara hotellets gäster behjälpliga med frågor och önskemål före, under och efter deras vistelse
  • Du arbetar aktivt med avdelningens merförsäljning för att erbjuda gästerna bästa möjliga service och att avdelningens mål uppnås
  • Ansvarar för att löpande följa upp gästnöjdhet
  • Ansvarar för att hålla receptions- och lobby-området i bästa skick efter givna instruktioner
  • Att ett gott arbetsklimat råder där alla ställer upp för varandra
  • Följa företagets policys
  • Vid anställning presenteras fullständig befattningsbeskrivning med befogenheter och förväntningar

Talangen:

  • Ett sprudlande serviceproffs med minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av gästservice (i liknande position)
  • Du ser dig som en naturlig ledare
  • Att alltid överträffa gästens förväntningar
  • Älskar merförsäljning
  • En initiativrik problemlösare som är flexibel i alla lägen - och alltid med en positiv inställning
  • Hotellutbildning  meriterande
  • Att lära sig nya system  är något du gillar och får energi av
  • Talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat, övriga språk meriterande

Anställningsgrad: 100% tillsvidareanställning med 6 månaders provanställning
Arbetstider: Schemalagd. Arbetstiderna kan variera, med kvällar och varannan helg. Samt Duty Tjänstgöring kan förekomma.
Lön: enligt överenskommelse, kollektivavtal finns mellan Visita/HRF
Tillträde: Senast 1 november 2024 eller enligt överenskommelse
