               Jobbet: 

  • Operativt arbete där det förväntas att du är i drift större delen av din arbetsdag. Du ska vara kapabel och villig att utföra samma uppfigter som resten av Welcome Office-teamet.
  • Skapa en oförglömlig helhetsupplevelse för hotellets gäster.
  • Leda och fördela arbetet samt skapa arbetsscheman i samarbete med närmaste chef.
  • Traditionellt receptionsarbete som att checka in och ut gäster, svara på telefoner och e-post, ta emot bokningar, förbereda ankomstlistor, följa gällande checklistor, fakturera m.m.
  • Arbeta för ökad lönsamhet, god kvalitet och för att nå avdelningens mål inom merförsäljning, gästnöjdhet, medarbetarengagemang och effektivitet.
  • Skapa rutiner för avdelningen, kvalitetssäkra dessa och se till att de följs.
  • Kontinuerligt följa upp gästnöjdheten och agera när det är nödvändigt.
  • Vid anställning presenteras en fullständig tjänstebeskrivning samt en översikt över mandat och förväntningar.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning som omfattar 100%. Arbetstiderna är enligt schema och kväll- och helgarbete kommer att förekomma.
