About the Role:

As an adaptable, proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented Payroll & Expenses Coordinator with an analytical mindset, you will join our Global Compensation & Benefits team. Together, we are building a global group function with the skills and expertise needed to drive and ensure Tobii Dynavox's comprehensive compensation offering — one that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent.

In this role, you will make a difference in our employee life cycle by ensuring data is entered swiftly and accurately, payroll data is routinely audited, and benefit enrollments and terminations are managed promptly. Your proactive communication skills will keep Compensation & Benefits team aligned, and your interactions with employees and managers will reflect our commitment to excellence and support.

Please note: This is a full-time role with flexible hours. We offer options to work remotely within Sweden or hybrid (1–3 days/week from our Stockholm office in Östermalm) in this role.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Payroll & Expenses

  • Support accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries (Nordic, EU, and APAC), in compliance with local legislation, in collaboration with local payroll providers.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including benefits, pension and statutory reporting.
  • Assist local and regional benefits programs (e.g., pension, insurance, wellness) and ensure correct payroll integration.
  • Collaborate with People & Sustainability, Accounting and Finance teams and actively contribute to Compensation & Benefits projects, driving process improvements and innovation.

Compliance and Data Accuracy

  • Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and high-quality reporting.
  • Support quarterly and annual statutory reporting and prepare materials for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain time and attendance according to country-specific parameters.
  • Maintain expense reporting and documentation in compliance with policies. Produce reports and analysis for People & Sustainability and Finance teams, ensuring transparency and data integrity.

What We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Payroll certifications such as KY or equivalent are preferred. University degree or vocational education in payroll or related field is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll roles (either in-house or outsourced payroll) or related relevant roles with a foundational understanding of statutory benefits. Any accounting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, plan work effectively and consistently deliver within deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with HRIS is needed. Proficiency on Workday is preferred.
  • Professional fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
