As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our payroll processes run smoothly and meet compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and our external payroll providers to streamline and improve our payroll operations. This role is a temporary cover, starting in December 2025 and ending August 2026.

Your key responsibilities include

  • Coordinating payroll information and ensuring accurate salary approvals each month.
  • Reviewing and verifying payroll controls before each payout to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Improving administrative processes connected to payroll.
  • Providing support and answering payroll-related questions for colleagues and managers.
  • Preparing documentation and reports for audits and authorities.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations related to payroll.
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to communicate with managers, employees, and colleagues in a consultative way.
  • Experience in administering expenses.
