What You'll Do

You'll join our small but growing internal HR team and will act as the go-to person for our employees and managers, the friendly face they trust with all their HR related questions. From the moment someone joins us to the day they leave, you'll be there to ensure their journey is smooth and positive. You'll handle the day-to-day HR tasks with confidence, precision and care, including:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for our employees and managers in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Managing our employee lifecycles, from inspiring onboarding to smooth offboarding.
  • Handling essential HR admin tasks, like payroll support and maintaining employee documentation and records.
  • Acting as admin user in our HR system
  • Managing employee pension and benefits
  • Contributing in HRD processes like competence management, performance evaluations and career development
  • Supporting in various global HR projects

To succeed in this role, you'll have

  • Proven experience of HR operations, preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience as an HR admin, HR Specialist or similar roles
  • Knowledge of Swedish labor laws and HR practices, knowledge of Finnish labor laws is a plus.
  • Feel confident working in a diverse, international team
  • Proficiency in English - as our company language, you should feel confident communicating in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in updating and maintaining HRIS data
  • Basic understanding of payroll practices
  • Preferably some experience in working in multinational organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
