- Facilitate upskilling sessions, create and maintain templates, and drive product documentation best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align on strategic direction, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, OST).
- Support the use of customer journey mapping and opportunity solution trees to drive product discovery and delivery.
- Champion the use of tools such as Miro, Confluence, and Jira to streamline collaboration and transparency.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across AI, Tech, and Business functions to ensure timely and value-driven delivery.
- Track and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across product teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in product operations by identifying gaps and proposing scalable solutions.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of a global, cross-functional team of 20 data analysts, 2 design operations specialists, and 3 product teams. You'll work closely with value stream managers, regional stakeholders, and strategy leads to ensure product coherence and delivery excellence.
WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for people who have:
- Experience in Product operations, product management, project management, or scrum master roles in a tech-driven environment.
- Experience working in complex enterprise systems and navigating matrixed organizations.
- Experience working in agile environments and using agile methodologies to drive lean product development.
- Experience in using tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira, and frameworks like RICE, OST, and customer journey mapping.
And people who are:
- Able to facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Able to translate business needs into actionable product operations strategies.
- Able to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Able to drive clarity in ambiguous and evolving environments.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and growth
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE
At H&M Group, we believe in empowering our people. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team that's shaping the future of product management through AI, innovation, and collaboration.
We offer:
- A global staff discount across all H&M Group brands.
- Inclusion in our H&M Incentive Program (HIP).
- Access to global development opportunities and a vibrant, inclusive culture.
