In this role, you will:

Be part of Squad Sweden, a small team focused on driving success in the Swedish market. Every day you'll help customers get the most out of Nmbrs by:

  • Providing support for direct Swedish customers
  • Handling 2nd line support for partners
  • Managing most questions via email and handling incoming calls
  • Joining occasional meetings with clients and partners
  • Investigating issues using the Knowledge Base, consulting internal experts, and digging into the product to find the best solution
  • Collaborating closely with other teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Strengthening our self-service support by improving Knowledge Base content and in-app support
  • Contributing beyond support when needed — for example by helping with events or other cross-team projects

What you bring:

  • Fluent Swedish and English
  • Strong written communication skills (since the majority of support is via email)
  • Empathy, patience, and great social skills
  • A proactive mindset and a love for problem-solving
  • Flexibility and adaptability when responsibilities shift
  • Interest — or knowledge — in payroll (e.g., fresh grad from a payroll-related school is very welcome)
  • Team-player mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Ambition to grow
