We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to join our team in Stockholm. This role requires background in finance or accounting and hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. The successful candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced international environment.

This role is based on-site in Stockholm, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week

Responsibilities

  • Prepare salary documentation for employees across multiple countries and coordinate with local payroll providers
  • Review payroll documentation and process salary payments
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Book vendor invoices and manage approval workflows via Centsoft
  • Match purchase orders to invoices
  • Prepare payment proposals for accounts payable
  • Amortize vendor invoices
  • Reconcile accounts and support month-end close
  • Book received customer payments and manage collections
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations

Italicized tasks are performed as backup during vacation periods.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Swedish (required); German or Spanish is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with NetSuite or other integrated ERP systems
  • Prior experience in an international company
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
