Hubert is a fast-growing AI company transforming the global recruitment industry. Having built strong traction across multiple European markets, we are already well established in the Nordics with a quickly growing customer base and proven success stories.

We are now looking to strengthen our sales team in the region with a driven Account Executive who can accelerate our growth, win new business, and further expand Hubert's footprint among leading employers.

The Role

As Account Executive for the Nordic region , you will play a key role in driving our growth and success. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Nordics, you will focus on:

  • Winning new business
  • Building strong relationships
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in collaboration with the marketing team

This is a hands-on role where you will engage with HR, Talent Acquisition leaders, and other senior decision-makers across our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will be part of a dynamic and international team and contribute to Hubert's continued expansion in the Nordics and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Nordic market.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline information in the CRM (Hubspot).

Customer Engagement

  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, and related functions.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and demos aligned with customer needs.
  • Represent Hubert at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Collaboration & Market Insights

  • Partner with Marketing to drive qualified lead generation and campaign execution.
  • Share customer and market insights with the global sales and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and collaborate across functions to maximize impact.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Experience in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior decision-makers.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English . Additional fluency in another European language is a big plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
