We are in the middle of transforming into a Partner-Led Growth company, meaning we put most of our efforts in sales, operations, and customer success into enabling our partners.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to take on a central role within our commercial organization. As an Account Executive, you will drive the full sales process — from identifying and prospecting new opportunities, to running customer meetings and closing deals, followed by a smooth handover to our project managers for implementation.

In addition to direct sales, you will also play an important role in supporting and enabling our partners. As we continue our transition toward a Partner-Led Growth model, you will actively collaborate with our partner network, helping them position, sell, and deliver value through Ebbot. This includes joint sales activities, coaching, and ensuring our partners are equipped for commercial success.

This is a dynamic role where you'll interact with clients and partners across a wide range of service-intensive industries, regularly engaging with decision-makers at all levels — including CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Directors, and Heads of Customer Service.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our sales strategy. Your ability to navigate different industries, manage complex sales cycles, and build strong partner relationships will be key to your success.

What We Expect from You:

  • You have experience in B2B SaaS sales, but more importantly, you can deliver strong results and manage complex sales cycles effectively.
  • You have experience in Customer Service, particularly within the tech ecosystem.
  • You communicate fluently in both English and Swedish (spoken and written) and can convey complex messages in a simple yet professional manner.
  • You are a self-starter, capable of organizing your workday to meet your goals.
  • You come well-prepared to meetings and have a thorough understanding of every client conversation.
  • You are humble, confident, and capable of building trust with clients by actively listening to their needs.
  • You thrive in a team environment and love winning together.
  • You support your colleagues and contribute to a positive atmosphere, whether things are going well or facing challenges.
