About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing mid-sized enterprise customers. Your primary focus will be on driving renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined book of existing mid-market accounts across the Netherlands/Belgium.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of AvePoint's SaaS solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, in collaboration with SEs and Customer Success.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction to ensure renewals.
  • Develop account plans aligned with customer business goals and technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Support) to deliver value to customers.
  • Track and report on pipeline, forecast, and account health using CRM tools.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in full-cycle closing roles.
  • Proven success in managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SaaS sales.
  • Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish (written and verbal), any other Scandinavian language is a plus. 
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
