Key Deliverables:
  • Source and close new business opportunities within your designated territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key decision-makers and champions
  • Research customer objectives and deliver value-driven sales cycles
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive deal progression and ensure customer success
  • Consistently meet ARR revenue targets through a data-driven approach
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable bookings
  • Provide timely insights to corporate functions
  • Create ROI reports based on data-driven analysis
  • Routine Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) aligned with business success criteria
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of closing experience in direct field sales, selling enterprise cloud software to large EMEA companies
  • Large Enterprise to Majors segment selling experience is essential
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate highly technical products in a fast-growing environment
  • Closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations
  • Effective method for uncovering greenfield opportunities and building out a new territory
  • Previous experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives
  • Knowledge of best-of-breed software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
  • Familiarity with search infrastructure is a plus
  • Previous experience working with multiple teammates including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives & Engineers
  • This is a remote position; you will be based in the Nordics region and know the EMEA market, including its cultural nuances and business practices.
