Role Overview

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a strong, active community that drives brand loyalty, customer retention, and advocacy.

You will design and implement programs to engage customers, create referral and advocacy programs, develop content and events that resonate with the community, and ensure our customers and their successes are front and center of our voice.

This position requires a creative marketer with a passion for customer engagement and a proven track record in building customer communities & advocacy.
